Q. What sets us apart from other estate businesses?
A. We do not have Antique Stores or booths, therefore all your items remain on the premises. · We can sell special items or collections for you on the Internet. We are able to keep in touch with you through emails and digital pictures. We email hundreds of buyers our flyer about each sale including a detailed list of what is for sale. And the email list grows weekly.

Q. How much notice do you need?
A. Approximately 2 weeks. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

Q. What do I (the owner) need to do?
A. Please remove the items you wish to keep. Please maintain garbage and telephone services. Do not dispose of anything until we can meet with you.

Q. What do you charge?
A. We work on a percentage of the total sale, anywhere between 35-50%. Labor is the key factor.
